Real Estate is my passion. I have been selling homes for a very, very long time...30 plus years. Selling your house can be very stressful as it is often taking place at the same time as a big life change. I feel that part of my job is to help you coordinate everything that needs done in order to make your transition smooth and as stress free as possible.
Buying a house is one of the biggest events of your life. It's not about finding just any old place, it’s not about finding a house you can live with, it's about finding a home you can't live without!
No two houses are alike, no two people are alike.....and one thing I have learned is that everyone has their own expectations of how they would like the home buying and home selling process to go. I have clients who expect daily updates, some only want me to call them once a week, some want to be kept informed via e-mail, by phone or text and some in person. Many of my clients are very internet savvy and some don't even own a computer.
For Buyers, some people buy a house within a week...they know exactly what they want and don't hesitate when they see it. Others need to research extensively and sleep on it before buying. Some don't want neighbours and some want lots of people close by. Some hate cutting grass and others want a ride-on lawnmower for the back 40. No matter what YOUR style of home shopping is, I will develop a home-finding plan that will work for you.
For Sellers, preparing your home for sale can be overwhelming and I will begin to work for you long before your property hits the market. I will guide you in all aspects of the process from beginning to end. When the SOLD sign goes up on your front lawn we are not yet finished. I will ensure that all your paperwork and documentation arrive where it needs to be and on time. My job is not finished until you are happily nestled in your new home.
